El Mongol Rally 2008 comienza el 19 de Julio desde Londres, Madrid y Milán y termina en Ulán Bator, la capital de Mongolia.
Atrás quedaron los días en los que los bordes del mapa llamaban a descubrir qué había detrás. Con tanto satélite y tanto GPS vamos a tiro hecho. ¿Qué pasa si quieres un poco de incertidumbre en un mundo con tanta medida de seguridad? ¿Qué pasa si las palabras “viaje de aventura” se asocian a señoras mayores yendo al campamento base del Everest en un tour guiado sin ningún tipo de riesgo? Lo que necesitas es el Mongol Rally.
Reglas:
1.Los coches deben tener menos de 1.000 cc. y las motos menos de 125 cc.
2.Los equipos deben ir bajo su entera responsabilidad sin ningún apoyo en ruta por la Organización.
3.Cada equipo tiene que recaudar al menos 1.500 € para proyectos benéficos.
Si buscas un circuito determinado ve a un museo. En el Mongol Rally, si nada va mal, entonces todo ha ido mal. Si te quedas sin historias que contar a tus nietos el rally habría fracasado en su objetivo. Aunque lo dudo…
