About the Adventure
Dusty Sanchez are brave, ambitiious and possibly stupid individuals who have decided to embark on an adventure of stupendous proportions.
On July the 18th we will join another 80 teams setting off from London's Hyde Park in an attempt to drive the 5000+ miles through Europe and West Africa, reaching Douala a mere 4 weeks later.
Our chosen route: Trying to avoid the sketchiest parts such as countries under civil war/full of landmines, we have chosen to head from London to France, Spain, Morocco, Western Sahara, Mauritania, Mali, Ghana, Togo, Benin, Burkina Faso, Nigeria - finally arriving in Cameroon hopefully still with all limbs and/or sanity intact.
So whats the point of all this? Well of course because we are renegades with a thirst for adventure, but also because feel its time to raise and give money to a good cause.
It is our aim to raise 1000 pounds before we leave (and we require it to be part of the event!), so if you have a little money spare and would like to see what happens to us please click the link.
ALL the money goes directly to the charities - the whole trip is being funded by ourselves so fair not - you are not paying for a package holiday for 2 to Nigeria.
