About the Adventure
In search of a true adventure we stumbled across The Adventurists (a group of eccentric lunatics) and have found a home and a great adventure the Rickshaw Run, hooning across India in a three-wheeled, 150cc, motorised rickshaw, navigating the mountains, mud tracks, tropical heat and monsoons of India whilst raising buckets of cash for some awesome charities.
We are a 100% Pure Kiwi Team, all coming from the Waikato, so with a bit of Kiwi attitude and ingenuity were ready.
We will donate the required £500 to Mercy Corps and £500 to Frank Water Projects. In addition we are hopeing that with your support we can raise additional funds which we can forwarded to The Himalayan Trust in honour of Sir Ed and to help keep his dream alive, so give generously.

The Rickshaw Run Summer 2008 is pretty simple. With no preparation and less luggage one flies to the subcontinent and does one's damndest to force 150cc of Indian engineering over thousands of miles of questionable terrain in around two weeks.
