About the Adventure The team has been found and the entry fee has been paid. The Angry Pirates are off to Mongolia; we’ll be doing around 10,000 miles in 30 days to reach the capital, Ulan Baatar. As part of the rules we have to do it in a tiny, uncomfortable, unreliable and most likely rusty vehicle.
The Rally’s all in aid of Charity at the end of the day. That's why we’re doing it in the smallest cheapest most economical vehicles possible. The charities involved are Mercy Corps Mongolia, who help support disadvantaged rural communities; and Hope and Homes who do an incredibly worthwhile job helping remove abandoned children from the terrible conditions inside the State orphanages and relocating them with families. We are also aiming to raise money for something a little closer to home, Cancer Research UK.
So here’s where you come in, in order to reach our target we’re approaching local businesses, putting on fundraising events and asking for donations so please help us out however you can and we’ll do our best to send a postcard from the road!

Seems to me that you struggle to get to Exeter without having an accident / breakdown / run out of petrol etc.. so Mongolia should be a bit of a challenge!!

Good luck, I am a friend of Dudley's aunt Hilary, living near Ledbury. You are mad, but I envy you the adventure. It sounds like a blast!
