About the Adventure The Mongol Rally 2008 is on its way! Team-Swifty we will be competing on the crazy 8000 mile, London to Mongolia adventure this summer.

The Mongol Rally is a mix of extreme adventure and huge charity fund-raising. It is known as the greatest adventure of all time, probably because the Rally rampages through eight to ten thousand miles of villages, towns, cities, countries, mountain ranges, deserts and even the occasional river until ultimately reaching (fingers crossed) Mongolia's Capital City Ulaanbaatar.

Apart from the epic journey, the whole idea is to raise money for Mongolian charities such as Mercy Corps, and Camda. We hope to raise £1000's! Once we have reached our grand total, we want to put any of the extra money donated to help us to get the car to Mongolia. Once we have made it to Ulaanbaatar the car will be donated to the CNCF orphanage in which they then sell to local people. The money generated from all cars sold will then help to positively change the lives of disadvantaged children in Mongolia.
