About the Adventure
Marcus, Mills and Vanraaj (Vinny) like adventures, though this one might be slightly more intrepid than most. Monsoon in India beats drizzle in London though.
On June 1st, we will be racing from Kathmandu in Nepal down to Pondicherry in SE India on a rickshaw. That's somewhere in the region of 2,500 miles and probably a lot more if Mills is map reading. We're aiming to do this in less than 15 days, although there's every chance we'll have all grown big bushy beards by the time we actually do make it.
We'd really like you to sponsor us as we're not just doing this jaunt for fun, although undoubtedly there will be much merriment in amongst the grimaces. Mercy Corps India and Frank Water are both inspiring charities that are making real differences to people's lives in India. So please give generously.

The Rickshaw Run Summer 2008 is pretty simple. With no preparation and less luggage one flies to the subcontinent and does one's damndest to force 150cc of Indian engineering over thousands of miles of questionable terrain in around two weeks.
