About the Adventure
We’ve made it to the start line! Out of 60,000 people looking to take part in the Mongol Rally -comprised of only 200 cars- Ben Corlett (West Knoyle, Wiltshire) and his team have managed to catch the selectors’ eye. They will be taking their marks in London on July 19th 2008.
Having successfully completed the first ever Rickshaw Run in 2007 Ben is bringing an abundance of experience to this new venture. Their epic journey centres on a car, costing no more than £500 and with an engine of under 1 litre, that must cover over 10,000 km of rough, remote and dangerous terrain, from Hyde Park Corner to Ulaanbaatar.
Last year The Mongol Rally consisted of 167 teams and raised over £200,000, with your help we could raise even more money and help even more people this time round.
