About the Adventure
We are three girls in our second year at Newcastle University. Unadventurous, unconfident and faint hearted we are not! That is why we are undertaking possibly one of the biggest challenges of our lives to raise money for what we believe to one of the most effective ways of giving sustainable help to poor African farmers.
This summer we will be taking part in the first Adventurists Rally: Africa the objective of which is to get from Hyde Park in London to the finishing line in Cameroon (a distance of some 10,000 miles! (?)), and raise a minimum of £1,000 for the Adventurists Rally’s three official charities, Send a Cow, Frank Water and the Cameroon Wildlife Aid foundation (CWAF).
